Pumpkin Spice and Chia Seed Smoothie

      • Ingredients:
        • ½ cup Rice Dream® or Soy Dream®
        • ½ banana
        • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
        • ¼ yogurt – I used The Greek Gods® Vanilla Honey Yogurt
        • 2 tablespoon gluten-free Arrowhead Mills® Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats
        • 1 tablespoon Spectrum® Chia Seeds
        • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
        • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
        • pinch of ground ginger
        • 1-2 tablespoon honey
        • large handful of ice
      • Directions:
        1. Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
        2. Tip – you can also swap out the yogurt for vanilla ice cream and it’s a relatively healthy dessert smoothie!
